Mold You Cannot See

A customer called SERVPRO because he was worried about a strong "musty" smell in his office and concerned he may have a mold problem.  An indication that mold could be present, but still can't see it.

SERVPRO of Elizabeth City/Outer Banks asks a series of questions with a service call when a customer is smelling something.  Is the odor coming from the air ducts, do you see mold, and if so how big is the area of mold.
